Vordan Karmir

Through the harmonic tints of Armenian miniature art, original weaving of Armenian carpets a dyestuff has been passing for centuries as a clear line, which has been considered lost since certain period of time.

In 2005 the dyestuff appeared again with a totally unexpected usage: sounds and words were colored by it. In this intangible and powerful space musical instruments and a human voice are brushes, social conscious is the canvas. And the dyestuff is Vordan Karmir.
